We send you the instructions and return address. Items must be unworn and with their tags.
Refund or exchange
As soon as we receive it, we refund you to the original payment method (within 14 days) or send you the new size.
Free size exchanges
If the size isn’t right, we’ll send you another one at no cost (subject to availability). Buying clothes online shouldn’t be a lottery.
Quality guarantee
If anything arrives faulty, we’ll make it right: we’ll send you a replacement or refund you. In the EU and UK, your statutory consumer rights also apply.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@lucianaboutique.com.
Who pays for returns?
Size exchanges are on us. For other returns, we’ll let you know any cost before you send it back.
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we receive and check the item — usually within 3–5 business days, and always within 14 days.
